The village of Ftan is located on a sunny terrace at 1650m above sea level. via Scuol in the Lower Engadine. Do you like animals? In Ftan they still live in stables in the village, the sheep, goats, cows, water buffalo and chickens. In summer, the beautiful nature is ideal for hiking and biking tours. Since 2019, Ftan has the wonderful bathing lake Lai Padnal, just above the village. In winter, a chairlift leads directly from Ftan to the large ski area with the dream slopes of Scuol. The chairlift is a 5-minute walk from the house. Ftan is a popular holiday home, picturesquely quiet, a bakery and a grocery store for daily needs are available. For all apartments in the house there are 3 common parking spaces available directly in front of house 117A. Two of them can be occupied by the Lötscher apartments. An agreement among the tenants is unavoidable. In addition, the tenants of the Lötscher apartments have 2 more parking spaces on the way to the Hotel Engiadina (reserved for 117A Lötscher, with a chain in front) and another parking space on the way to Ardez (No. 66). A large ski room and a separate boot room are located on the ground floor right at the entrance to the house. A washing machine with coin-operated machine for all apartments in the house can also be found on the ground floor.
