The two-storey 5.5-room apartment is located in a detached chalet with a total of 3 apartments very close to the Rueras train station of the Matterhorn-Gotthard railway, with which the nearby Sedrun can be reached within two minutes eastwards and the Andermatt-Sedrun ski area westwards. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains of the upper Surselva beyond the rooftops of Rueras. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a toilet and a small TV room, downstairs bathroom, another bedroom and kitchen, dining and living. On the ground floor there is a cellar where skis can be stored in winter. A double parking space is available right next to the house. In the garage there is a supply of wood and bicycles can be parked. Pets are not allowed and smoking is NOT allowed in the whole house.
