Description

The small apartment house is located in a preferred, quiet and yet central location in Valbella Canols with a magnificent unobstructed view to the south. Enjoy the view from the balcony on the Heidsee and the mountain panorama from the Rothorn to the Stätzerhorn. In winter you can easily reach the nearby ski lift Valbella or the bus stop "Valbella Skilift/Kirche" of the free sport bus for skiing and snowboarding. The cross-country ski run is directly in front of the house. The apartment has a parking space in the garage.

- Including reserved parking space in the closed parking garage

- including additional costs for electricity, water and heating

- separate charge of the guest tax (visitor's tax) according to the tourism law in cash when handing over the key (persons over 16 years CHF 4.50 per night; under 16 years free of charge)

- the deposit of CHF 300.00 is to be handed over in cash to the keyholder on arrival; the refund will be made to a bank or PC account

- cleaning of soiled cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, cooker, oven, fondue or raclette sets is not included in the cleaning flat rate

Directions

In Valbella, at the SPAR supermarket, turn off the main road into Voa Davos Lai. After about 150m at the church turn left into Voa Canols and after another 150m turn right towards Chesa Rustica. The Stgirat house is at the end of the cul-de-sac that leads directly to the garage.
