Our small country house at 1123 m.a.s.l. is located on a large meadow and is south-facing. The skis are already strapped on the property and then you are already on the slopes! Unobstructed view over Flims and the mountain panorama. A large fenced garden so that no dog gets lost and of course a safe place for children to build an igloo or play football... Less than 5 minutes to the bakery and the village, so you can spend your holiday without a car. Living and usable area of 120m² and space for 5 adults plus small cot (on request). Ski and hobby room in the basement. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, living room and balcony, bathroom and separate toilet, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk beds and a room with single bed or chaise longue.
