Description
The pretty little hamlet of Brno is a bit hidden above the Rhine Gorge. If you take a look around, you will discover one of the widest Walser houses in the middle of it.
From Brno (Valendas) you walk along the winter hiking and toboggan run through varied open terrain for about an hour up to Imschlacht, where you can fortify yourself in the toboggan pub. A constant companion is the wonderful view of the Surselva mountains and the Anterior Rhine.
The same route will take you back to Brno. Or you can whiz down to Brno on a sled. Toboggan rental possible on site.
The winter hiking and toboggan run is open daily from Christmas to the beginning of March. The toboggan pub is open every day from 12:00 to 17:00 at Christmas/New Year. Then on Saturday and Sunday until the beginning of March.
