With this hike you go around Piz Alv and Piz Minor. Next to the departure station of the cable car 3 paths begin, you have to take the one on the left that goes up to the Alps da Buond from where you then take the Val Minor. Walking along the northern slope of Piz Lagalb you first pass a few small lakes and then reach the Lej Minor. A kilometer further on is the Fuorcla Minor (2435 m / asl); from the pole you go eastwards taking Path N.150 very popular with cyclists with MTBs. This route arrives at the 2 very small bodies of water that are located just above the Tridentina Refuge. Descend to Passo Forcola (23510 m/asl) take Path N.153 which climbs steeply on the left. Before reaching the top of the 2500 m / asl you will encounter the only short challenging stretch of the excursion (about 300 meters) that must be overcome with due attention. Once you reach the highest point, you descend towards an old barracks where you leave Path N.153 and go to "La Stretta" (2476 m / asl). From the 2 lakes that are nearby, continue in a north-west direction, thus entering the long Val dal Fain. At the stallion of Alp La Stretta (2426 m / asl) the path becomes an easy dirt road that descends in the direction of the Bernina-Diavolezza station. Once you arrive at Plaun Grand (2160 m / asl) there is a signpost that indicates the path on the right to Piz Languard while on the left the one that goes to the stallion of Alp Bernina descends. Here you take the road that descends towards the "Red Train" station and after a short time you continue on the path that comes out in the State Road N.29.
