Leave your car at the parking lot of the Diavolezza cable car (2080 m / asl), immediately after the Bernina pass. Here you take the dirt road that climbs along the ski slope and follow it to the Lej da Diavolezza (2574 m / asl). Then deviating to the left, you take a nice path that continues to climb; always well signposted (white/red), at 2844 m/asl you turn S-W on a stretch with some chains that then allow you to continue until you reach the arrival of a chairlift (2990 m/asl). Immediately afterwards you find yourself on "a saddle" from which 3 itineraries start, one goes to the arrival of the Diavolezza cable car, another goes up to Pizzo Trovat and the third leads to the nearby Sass Queder (3065 m / asl) which is worth reaching immediately because there is a beautiful view of the Bernina Pass and the eastern peaks. Descending from the Queder you almost immediately encounter a variant that allows you to reach the climb of Pizzo Trovat (3146 m / asl). The short effort is rewarded by a magnificent view of all the peaks of the Bernina Group and the Morteratsch Glacier; This peak can also be reached by taking 2 via ferratas. After this second three-thousander you descend to reach the panoramic balcony of the Diavolezza Refuge (2973 m / asl). For the return, take the path that goes to the small lake that is located below the arrival of the cable car, from here continue on the gippable road that goes towards Lake Diavolezza.
