autumn -photo:bit.ly/2ZIZgb0 -video track:www.relive.cc/view/vYvE3gzY5G6 - Route (E-T2) of about 20 kilometers - Elevation gain 1290 meters. - There are three possibilities to climb Piz Nair (3056 m / asl), this excursion develops on the south side. Leave your car in the large parking lot of the SignalBahn cable car (1790 m / asl), west of Sankt Moritz, cross the bridge that crosses the Sela stream and take the path that climbs north. Once you have crossed the paved road, walk on the wide dirt road in a N-E direction, coming out in Alpina (1963 m / asl) and then reach Salastrains; continuing on the dirt road you arrive at Alpe Giop (2182 m / asl). A little further on you will find the first sign for Piz Nair and following this itinerary you pass to Munt da San Murezzan (2690 m / asl). The path to Piz Nair becomes narrower and then the slope increases considerably without presenting major technical difficulties. As a visual reference in the ascent there is the imposing arrival station of the cable car which has the large statue of an ibex next to it. Just above the arrival of the cable car there is the top of Piz Nair which can be easily reached; Very nice panoramic views. On the opposite side of the climb, take the dirt road of the cable car that you follow for about a kilometer up to the Bocchetta Fuorcla Schlattain (2873 m / asl) where you turn right and continue on the path that passes under the north side of Piz Nair. When you arrive near a large artificial basin, continue to the right in the direction of the Corviglia funicular station.
