Ciaspolata Maloja, lago di Cavloc e lago di Bitabergh

Starting from the cross-country trail, we climb the mule track that in about an hour takes us easily to the frozen lake.

We pass the left wing and reach the Valle dei Forni/Passo del Muretto junction without too much difficulty. If conditions allow it, you can go into the Valle dei Forni with snowshoes.

The return is long to the beaten mule track to the lake, cross the lake and follow to Lake Bitabergh.

It can be reached with a fairly challenging up and down and exposed in case of snow, not recommended for the inexperienced and those suffering from vertigo.

From the lake, the path descends decisively to the dam which, once crossed, takes us back to the starting point.
