Flims-Foppa

Forests, rocks and sweeping views: this is what awaits you when you hike from Foppa along the high trail into the valley. To get to the starting point, take the Flem Xpress from Flims to Foppa. Then walk downhill with fantastic views of the valley and the Grisons mountains.

To begin with, you hike between old mountain huts in the direction of Spalegna. Through an enchanting mountain forest, dominated by the imposing rock faces of the Flimserstein, you then reach Fidaz via Scheia. Time and again, clearings provide you with beautiful views over the valley.

If you get hungry, you can stop for a bite to eat in both Scheia and Fidaz. You return to Flims from Fidaz along the road. Alternatively, you can take the local bus for this section.
