Details

Description

The start is at the Brigels valley station in the direction of Waltensburg Curtginet - alternatively in Waltensburg or Andiast. The natural road, with almost no inclines, is perfect for driving in. Along the entire route, you can orientate yourself on the trail markings "D". At Hotel Ucliva, follow the sign for Andiast and the "D" sign. The main road leads to the village of Andiast. In the centre of the village, turn left before the Volg into the Alpstrasse and follow the trail markings to the Resgia Gneida (old sawmill). The route continues on enjoyable alpine roads via Canischauna and Burleun. At this point, at the latest, a beautiful view over Brigels opens up to you. With "Plumarscha" you follow the "PrauTgierv". Continue along the mountain road to the "Plaun da Pors/Rumasal" fireplace. Then the tour leads over the bridge, along the "Survitg" path to the right until you get back to the village of Brigels.

Geheimtipp

If you want to install a single trail, you can drive up about 300 meters along the road from Burleun and take the hiking trail towards Chischarolas (fireplace). It is moderately difficult and is easy to ride for technically experienced riders.

The loop via Alp Dado and Burleun can also be omitted. Between Fop and Fischalettas, the ascent and descent routes almost come together. There you can easily take a shortcut.

From Resgia Gneida (old sawmill) you can add a trip on the alpine road to Val Ladral. The valley is a pearl in terms of scenery and you will also find a nice barbecue area for your lunch break. There and back it is about 2-3 kilometers and 100 meters in altitude, depending on how far you drive into the valley.

Sicherheitshinweis

In uncertain weather conditions, the tour should not be started. Weather changes in the mountains are frequent. If a rain front or similar comes up during the tour, you should turn back in time.

Respect other trail users - trail tolerance!
