The first part is the easy walk which slowly ascends about 100 meters. When the 'nice' trail ends, you go off road and climb another 230 meters to an amazing view of the ice. You can see the earth taking shape: ice melting (But there's no global warming?! Ahem...) and rocks falling down. An astounding experience!
