Piz da la Margna

Initially, you climb along the ski slope of the Äla ski lift to Plan di Cavai. Here straight ahead over a plain, around a rocky spur and in a valley up to an altitude of almost 2400 m. Allmahlich the view into the wide boiler Murtairac is free, while now the slopes are traversed. Between 2500 and 2600 m follows a flat passage before it really gets down to business. At the very back of the cauldron, which is already piling up, is unmistakably the entrance to the couloir. Here the skis are strapped on, and with crampons on the feet it goes up through the initially narrow couloir. The steepness here is up to 50° and you can't afford a slip. About 100 m below the summit, the steepness recedes and the terrain widens. Directly the summit is targeted.

The departure is via the same route. A variant would be to branch off in Murtairac to Sils.
