Train to Flums or Sargans, then by PostBus, line 441 in the direction of Flumserberg Tannenboden. Get off at the bus stop Tannenboden Dorf and walk up to the restaurant Sennenstube (about 10 min.).

Train to Unterterzen, then take the SeeJet gondola lift up to Flumserberg Tannenboden. At the exit of the mountain station, walk down the road on the left in the direction of Tannboden Dorf and then walk right up to the restaurant Sennenstube (about 15 min.).

The entrance to the cross-country ski run is right next to the restaurant Sennenstube.

Since there is only a limited number of parking spaces at the restaurant, we recommend parking on the road to the restaurant and using the short walk to warm up. The entrance to the trail is right next to the restaurant Sennenstube.

At Flumserberg the parking spaces are indicated. Mention to the staff that they want cross-country skiing. If there are still parking spaces available, you can continue to drive up. Otherwise, you can also take the free sports bus to Tannenboden Dorf and then walk up to the Sennenstube (about 10min).

Parking is chargeable from 07:00 to 17:00. From 17.00 to 02.00 we are allowed to leave the car free of charge.

After 02:00 to 07:00 there is a night parking ban. There are plenty of night parking spaces in the Tannenboden multi-storey car park or in the Tannenheim. 

The night car park can be used for a fee, but camping is prohibited.
