Start
Best approach is from street Fourcleda Schinellas (park aside the road for 4/5 cars) then 100m walking on the road until the sign "Wasserfalle", ending with a 10 minutes path along the trail in the woods. Excellent "Belvedere" with two wooden benches in front of the waterfall, to let down the backpacks if any.
Destination
From the top with footpath and crampons to the left side (facing the mount). About 200m walk in the woods without gaining in elevation, then approaching the ski descent trail until the Surley lift station and the car park.

Details

Description

WI 3/3+ (max, if climbing the right side)
Two pitches 40m to 50m each; multiple choices for belaying on bombing screws both at half the route and top (two belay points on trees on the left, but far away from the best line up).

Geheimtipp

There is chance of one additional short 7m steep pitch to the top. Nice but little points to setup a good belay after this end.

Ausrüstung

Normal for ice climbing. One may find helpful to rack a couple of pitons or cams #0.4 /#0.5 BD to arrange the belay on the left rocks after the last step.
