World's highest official specialty and contract distillery at 1680m.a.s.l. with some gold awards in the Swiss National Park Region, UNESCO Biosfera Reserve Val Müstair

Description

Regional, unique products - distillates and liqueurs made from 100% local ingredients such as Biosfera mountain cereals Val Müstair, wild flowers roots herbs and cones from the surrounding high Alps from 2300 meters above sea level - all collected by hand. The regional products are alpinavera and Berg-u. Alp certified by bio-inspecta. From Tschierwsky (whisky-like single malt) to hay flower liqueur and high alpine pine cone liqueur to 100% local gin, you will find it all. All fruit distillates are pure FRUIT WINE DISTILLATES and in no way pomace. But always in limited quantities, because we are still a real family MANUFAKTUR. We bring the Val Müstair with its fascinating, unique nature into the bottles - each time a sip of Graubünden/National Park region. Guided tours and tastings by appointment with the "Goldfinger" and master of his trade, the distiller Luciano and his wife, distiller Gisella.
