The beautiful Church of San Martino, located on a promontory overlooking the village, is already mentioned in historical documents dating back to 1219.

Description

The church was initially erected with a single nave and two rectangular choirs, but in 1639 it was completely rebuilt with a quadrangular hall plan and a single choir. In the same years some side chapels were added and everything was reforged according to the Baroque taste of the time. Worthy of note are the high bell tower with two floors of belfry, the nave with a seventeenth-century ceiling painted with beams and the sixteenth-century painting with Christ the Judge. Within the walls of the church there is also an organ in excellent condition that was assembled in 1894 by the Giuseppe Vedani company of Varese.
