The parish church of Saints Peter and Paul, mentioned for the first time in 1219, today shines in a Baroque style thanks to restorations and additions from the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

Description

In 1611 the church of SS Pieto e Paolo was renovated with the addition of a side chapel to the north, a new choir in 1626 and a new side chapel to the south in the years 1773-1783. The excavations carried out in 1959 revealed a double-apsed hall of the thirteenth century, whose corner parts are incorporated into the current triumphal arch. The church underwent a further restoration in 2002. On the walls of the nave, near the side altars, there are fragments of late Gothic wall paintings dating back to the third quarter of the fifteenth century, perhaps works by Magister Lombardus.
