Ice Trail Madulain - Zuoz

Ice and the Engadin - clearly belong together. Discover the Engadin on ice skates on the Madulain - Zuoz ice path.

Probably the most beautiful ice path in the Engadin, it takes you from Madulain through a marvellous meadow landscape along the banks of the Inn to Zuoz. The play of light on the river, the view of the historic village centre and the tranquillity of the valley floor accompany you over a length of 3 kilometres. The fun begins in Madulain at the Engadin River Ranch or in Zuoz at Pundschermaun, opposite the Resgia, where there are also plenty of parking spaces.

• Use of the ice path is at your own risk, wearing a helmet is recommended
• You must bring your own skating equipment
• Admission costs CHF 5 for adults, children have free admission

Madulain: Direct route to the River Ranch Lounge, where there is self-service homemade cakes and drinks (open all day).
