The fireplace at Lag da Pigniu is located right next to the dam wall and offers a wonderful view of the entire Lag da Pigniu.
Description
To reach the fireplace, walk over the imposing dam wall of Lag da Pigniu. With a bit of luck, you can watch the marmots playing and sunbathing below the dam wall.
The idyllically situated fireplace is also accessible by baby carriage or bike.
The fireplace can be used from around mid-May to the end of October. There may be snow at this height before and after.
Please observe any instructions regarding the risk of forest fires, for example.

Take the Postbus to Pidniu and walk to the campfire site in just over half an hour.

Parking
The first parking lot is located behind the village of Pigniu.
The second parking lot is located directly under the dam wall of Lag da Pigniu.
