In 1996, the multi-purpose hall was opened, which Gion A. Caminada developed together with the Chur engineer Jürg Conzett. Located on a slope edge, the wooden building with a gable roof adjoins the brick school complex from 1963 in parallel. The hall rises above a concrete base. For the binder design, the two chose an understretched system in which only two nodes - the connections of the drawstring - have to transmit large tensile forces. The slightly bellied arrangement of the drawstring with the tight stands pushes the binder struts upwards in the edge area and thus considerably reduces the bending moments. The drawstrings each consist of five boards of 24 mm thickness, which can be easily bent into the curved shape. The Aeussere of the large cubature coated by shingles is kept simple. Ribbon-shaped windows open onto the landscape; Protruding, white-painted box windows divide the longitudinal facades.
