Mineral spring Praden

From Praden, a steep forest path leads down into the gorge in the direction of Plessur. About 200 metres below, the spring bubbles up. The mineral water that comes out is said to be particularly appetizing and healthy.

The way to the mineral spring
At the Stutz in Praden, where the goods road branches off into the ground from the Tschiertscherstrasse, there is a signpost: "Mineralquelle". After just a few steps, the path branches off to the left, towards the edge of the forest. Follow this road to the right and after 50 meters you will see a signpost again. Downhill into the forest, a small path zigzags us to the spring. This was repaired a few years ago and, apart from a few tree trunks lying across the path, is still easy to walk on. However, watch out for small children! After a descent of about 150 metres in altitude, the path ends and you stand in front of the Praden mineral spring. Almost like on a balcony, with a view into the depths to the Plessur.
