Triassic Layers on the Guli

The western flank of the Guli abounds with coloured rock layers from the Triassic period. At the bottom there is the yellowish-white dolomite, on top there are the red shales with grey sandstone layers in between. The entire rock package also forms a large fold that bends to the north.
