Verweilbrücke - Trutg dil Flem
The path leads from the waterfall in Segnes-Boden - in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Tectonic Arena - through the wild nature of the mountains of Flims. Sometimes it is a cozy flow, then the stream falls over water slides and water mills down the valley, over Punt Desch, to Startgels, over Tarschlims to Wasserfallbrück at Foppa to the center of Flims. The path can be up and down.

Description

The Verweilbrücke is a truss which, due to its span, has a pressure bar made of laminated timber. The wooden parts that are exposed to the weather are designed in a way that they are easily exchangeable. The beam on the other hand is protected by a cover layer so a longer life cycle of this component is ensured. The dwelling bridge is a truss structure which, due to its span, has a crossbar made of glued laminated timber. While the other wooden parts that are exposed to the weather are designed to be replaceable, the laminated beam is protected by a cover layer. As a result, this component can be expected to have a long service life.
