During a tour of the ski area, operations manager Markus Hänni gives an exclusive insight into the business. You will learn what is needed for the daily operation of the ski lifts, gain insight into cable car technology, slope construction, technical snowmaking and the importance of the ski lifts for the Heinzenberg.

• A ticket must be purchased in advance for the lift rides
• Skis or a snowboard are required for the visit
