At night I get weather

Alfred Zimmerlin created the stage play "Nachts wird mir wetter" with a libretto by Andreas Neeser commissioned by tuns contemporans and just in time for his 70th birthday. The result is a captivating experience in which music, language, dance, theatre and video art merge into a multi-layered work of art. Both professional orchestras of Graubünden will be on stage for this world premiere: the Kammerphilharmonie and the Ensemble ö!. They want to give space and meaning to contemporary music as well as the Romance language. And so Aargau literature is partly heard in Romansh in this festival production. An evening full of images, sounds and emotions that opens up new perspectives.

The Festival:
«tuns contemporans» - the Biennale for New Music Graubünden offers a wide range of musical experiences from staged performances to classical orchestral works. Since 2019, the festival has been organised by the Kammerphilharmonie Graubünden and the Ensemble ö! "tuns contemporans" celebrates contemporary music and gives it back the meaning it had until the 20th century, namely to be experienced in daily concerts.
