August 1 Brunch & String Music

The string music "Sägwerk" from the Thusis region plays traditional dances from the Schams, the Safien Valley, the Engadine, Central Switzerland and Valais. Modern compositions, including our own compositions, also bring new timbres into our playing. For the palate, regional products such as salsiz and cheese with wood-fired bread or plaited bread tempt you. Homemade jams and sweet cider from the Domleschg round off the buffet.
