The retreat will be led by a true cold weather expert: Rolf Duda, also known as Peakwolf. With his extensive experience, he has already guided over a thousand people safely through ice and cold. Rolf is an instructor and board member of the Swiss Cold Training Association as well as a certified coach in various breathing techniques, including Buteyko therapy.
