Description
One trail - three restaurants. On the Culinary Trail Forest & Water you will get to know not only the scenic but also the culinary attractions of our region. You start in Flims Waldhaus, where you have your first course in the Bistro Kaufmannfrauen. Past Lake Cauma and along the Rhine Gorge you reach Conn, where the main course is waiting for you. After a short detour to the lookout point Il Spir, you will reach the dessert in the restaurant Crestasee before you return to Flims via the impressive Felsbachschlucht.
11.15am: starter at bistro kaumannfrauen, bruschetta with tomatoes and onions or a small house salad with bacon and mushrooms
2 pm: Main course at the Conn Restaurant, "capuns" with savoy cabbage, potatoes and alpine cheese, Raviuls dalla Tatta with dried pear filling and sauted onions, brown butter and alpine cheese, garnished sausage and alpine cheese salad, CONN-Bächli salad with smoked trout, croutons and egg
4 pm: Dessert at the Gasthaus Crestasee, surprise dessert
Route Flims Waldhaus - Caumasee - Muota - Conn - Crestasee - Felsbachschlucht - Flims Waldhaus, not suitable for strollers
