Making alpine cheese over the fire on the Prümaran Prà San Flurin in Sent

Description
Participants set off on a hike from Sent to the Prà San Flurin Prümaran. Afterwards, cheese is made over the fire just like in the old days. After a cozy get-together, the hike back to Sent is undertaken together. On request, the cheese produced will be handed over to the participants after maturing (CHF 26.00 per kilo).
Meeting point: Sent, PostBus stop «Plaz», 08:45 – afternoon
Equipment: Hiking boots, all-weather clothing, food, sun and rain protection
Participants: Min. 4 to max. 6 people
