Philipp Fankhauser - Something Tour 2025

Philipp Fankhauser's new album "Ain't That Something" will be released on March 7, 2025. The new songs inspire. Listening to it has never been as worthwhile as it is with this album. Not that his previous albums were free of surprises, but now it's coming pretty thick! To claim that it's "just" a blues album wouldn't be wrong, but it wouldn't be the whole truth either. The band swings back and forth between country, gospel, R&B, zydeco, blues and French chanson seemingly effortlessly. Always in the typical Fankhauser sound, with a good portion of soul, impressive authenticity and an independence that is unparalleled in this country. On the "Something Tour 2025", Philipp Fankhauser will be accompanied by his five regular musicians. The concerts are always a mixture of new music and popular songs. Hearing and seeing the six men on stage is just fun.
