Singer and pianist Raphael Jost moves light-handedly between jazz and pop with his powerful, warm voice. His songs are snapshots from his life – catchy and always cleverly packaged. At the same time, he, who has already been awarded the Swiss Jazz Award for his debut album, loves to sing swinging standards and revives his idols from the swing tradition such as Oscar Peterson or Monty Alexander on the piano.
