Shinrin Yoku Health Training / Forest Bathing is the perfect opportunity to consciously distance yourself from everyday life and immerse yourself in nature to promote your mental and physical health.
What can you expect?
In this mindful course in the countryside, we use the practice of Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) to reduce stress and strengthen your resilience. Surrounded by the beautiful atmosphere of the autumnal larch forest of Scuol, surrounded by ancient trees, you will learn to leave the stress of everyday life behind, to slow down and to be consciously in the here and now again. Scientific studies have shown that immersion in nature strengthens the immune system, promotes concentration and improves overall well-being.
Your health and well-being are the focus. This course is aimed at anyone who wants to actively improve their mental and physical health. Together we work to reduce tension and increase your well-being in the long term. Whether you're looking for a way to reduce stress, deepen your mindfulness practice, or simply incorporate more breaks into your everyday life, this course will help you bring more balance back into your life.
Shinrin Yoku is a mindful practice that helps relax the body and mind and recharge your batteries. It's about experiencing nature with all your senses, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind.
