Event Chur
Telling a story visually
Description
To mark the anniversary of the Free State of the Three Leagues, the Institute for Cultural Research of the Grisons is showing central aspects of Graubünden's history in the "Atlas of the History of Graubünden 1524–2024" and summarising them in a new way based on the current state of knowledge and visualising them vividly. Several dozen experts examined fifty topics from the fields of population, environment, economy, politics and culture and presented them using maps, short texts, photographs and graphics. The result is a compact and visually exciting presentation of Graubünden's history. A reference work that offers easy access to the history of this very diverse canton.
With project manager Karin Fuchs, as well as Antonia Bertschinger and Hannes Jenny.
