Theateraufführung Churwalden «Die Schweizermacher»

This year we are staging the play "Die Schweizermacher" by Paul Steinmann, based on the famous film by Rolf Lyssy, again directed by Anita Hächler.

The play "Die Schweizermacher" is a humorous comedy on a constantly relevant topic. With sensitive humor, the author questions Switzerland's relationship with people from other countries. The exaggeration and caricature of the characters also provoke thought, as there is always a grain of truth behind it.
