La Cascata

In October 1973 seven friends founded the cooperative society "La Cascata" in Augio, with the aim of buying the buildings that make up the complex of the same name and proceeding with a respectful restoration of the ancient buildings. Over the years, the dream has come true and the buildings are now an efficient structure for catering and hotel service, with spaces for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and cultural events.

The cuisine of the Restaurant-Pizzeria "La Cascata" is in the wake of the Italian culinary tradition, but also integrates recipes and products of the typical area.
