"per boccas finas" - gourmet craftsmanship

Description

The Crusch Alba in Guarda is a village pub and gourmet restaurant. It serves simple dishes at lunchtime, delicious snacks in the afternoon, sparkling drinks as an aperitif and surprising, exquisite dishes in the evening.

Self-created and forgotten delicacies are served. Old recipes are reinterpreted, animals are prepared from head to toe and plants from root to seed. The food and drinks are made from seasonal natural products, whenever possible from the neighbourhood or from our own wild harvest.
