The apartment is located in the village center of Ftan. The cross-country ski trail, the children's area, the ski bus and the Ftan-Prui chairlift can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Ftan is located on a sun-drenched plateau, away from the hustle and bustle. On the opposite side of the valley, behind Tarasp Castle, the Lower Engadine Dolomites rise dominantly and embed the village in the alpine picture-book landscape. The 400-year-old Alpine Mill Ftan tells of the once rich grain culture. The Ftan-Prui chairlift takes you quickly and reliably up the mountain and, in winter, directly to the Motta Naluns snow sports area. The children's area with magic carpet makes it easier for beginners to start skiing, this is located close to the apartment. Pure fun in the snow for young and old is also provided by the toboggan run between Prui and Ftan. The apartment offers plenty of space thanks to a spacious floor plan and is very sunny with its southwest-facing orientation. The apartment, located in the attic, also has two balconies, from where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the impressive Engadine mountains. Whoever enters the apartment is in a spacious entrance with a cloakroom. The cosy living room with dining table, sofa and fireplace invites you to linger. The eat-in kitchen (newly made in 2009) is well equipped. The three spacious bedrooms have 2-3 beds. A cot and a triptrap are available for younger guests. Both balconies are equipped with table and chairs – view included. The apartment has a large bathroom (bathtub/shower/toilet) and a separate toilet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. On the same floor there is also the cellar compartment with ski room. An elevator takes guests to the upper floor. There are still a few steps to climb to the apartment.
