The ice rink and the Gurlaina football field are a 10-minute walk away. Shopping facilities are located nearby Scuol, 5 minutes by car/bus or 10 minutes by bike/walk.

In summer, the entire Lower Engadine is ideal for beautiful hikes, whether short or longer. Popular is the short hike to the Lai Nair and Avrona, reachable from the house in 1 hour. In addition, the Swiss National Park is also nearby.
