Surrounded by sgraffito-decorated houses, directly at the foot of Tarasp Castle, you have a wonderful view of the castle with Lake Tarasp, the village of Ftan opposite, the main town of Scuol and the imposing mountains of Piz Pisoc, Piz Zuort and Piz Plavna Dadaint and Dadora. Shops and the PosAuto stop are in the immediate vicinity, about 10 minutes on foot. In summer, Tarasp is the starting point for hikers and bikers on tours in and around the Swiss National Park. The kids' ski lift and the ice rink on Lake Tarasper invite you to take part in other winter activities. The Motta Naluns ski area on the opposite side of the valley can be easily reached by bus.
