The holiday home is located in the upper part of the village of Scuol in a quiet neighbourhood on a cul-de-sac. The parking lot in front of the house can accommodate a maximum of 2 cars. Additional cars can be parked in a public car park about 800m away. The train station is a 7-minute walk away, the valley station of the mountain railways is a 5-minute walk away, the village centre with Coop, Volg, bakeries and many local shops is a 10-minute walk away. Branching off from the valley run, you can ski almost to the house.
