Description

Our holiday home is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Laret by the village fountain. In 2022/2023 we rebuilt the house. The living room and the kitchen are modern and generously furnished. Some of the bedrooms are equipped with a box-spring double bed and a large wardrobe. To each double bedroom there is 1 wet room. The valley run Laret, is in the immediate vicinity. The ski bus can also be reached in just 3 minutes. Some of the hiking trails start from the house. Shops in the immediate vicinity. The village centre of Samnaun can be reached in 45 minutes with a beautiful hike. By car about 5 minutes. There are beautiful easy to challenging bike trails. On request, guided bike tours with a local guide, rental bikes can be arranged. Free parking: parking in front of the house, ski room with ski boot heater, Wi-Fi, internet access. Free bus to the gondola lift approx. 8 minutes. Personal welcome and care by the owners Rosy Jäger/ Lareida Katherina.
