The modern and spacious part of the house, a converted and extended old Engadine stable, is located in the middle of the beautiful village of Guarda (Lower Engadine) on a quiet side street. Thanks to the orientation to the west, you can enjoy the fantastic view with lots of sun inside and outside (balcony and small but fine garden with partially covered seating). The bus stop is less than 5 minutes from the house. From the front door it is two or three steps and you are standing in a magnificent alpine mountain world.
