The tenant is responsible for cleaning the hut before departure. The cottage and its facilities is clean to pass. The final cleaning of the laundry is included in the price and will be taken care of by the landlady. Bed linen must be removed prior to departure and handed over to the local representative. The landlady or her representative on site alone decides on the acceptance. In the event of non-compliance with this provision, the tenant owes the landlady compensation for additional cleaning in the amount of 100.00 CHF/hour. This amount is due on departure if the hut cannot be accepted by the landlady in a sufficiently clean condition. If the equipment is damaged, it must be replaced. On the evening before or on the day of departure, the landlady or her representative will check the condition of the hut and its furnishings together with the tenant. The tenant is obliged to report any damage caused to the landlady. If the tenant does not hand over the key when leaving, he will pay for the costs incurred. (lock renewal, spare key, etc.) For any personal injury or property damage caused by the use of the entire infrastructure and equipment, the lessor declines any liability. No guarantee is given as to the suitability of the infrastructure and material for the intended use. The tenant must indemnify the landlord in the event of claims for damages by third parties. The material is not insured against fire, explosion and natural hazards as well as theft. The renter is liable for all damages not due to normal wear and tear, as well as for lost material. It is the responsibility of the tenant to take out the necessary insurance. No changes may be made to buildings and installations. In the event of any damage to property, loss of materials or additional cleaning work by our staff, the invoice will be made in cash before departure. The landlady may be represented on site by one or more authorised persons. In all other respects, the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply.
