Services included in the indicated price: - Guest tax, bed linen, final cleaning Further information: - Final cleaning: The apartment must be delivered in a swept clean condition (if this is not the case, the landlord will charge a surcharge). - Running water: in summer in the Maiensäss, in winter no running water! - Type of toilet: in summer ordinary toilet with flush / in winter: no toilet in the mountain pasture (only available outside in the stable in simple form), toilet paper available - Heating of the hut: with wood & with gas (wood for fires, lighters, matches on site) - Mobile phone: mobile reception available / socket for charging available (NO 220V connection) - Light is available in a safe form (solar energy) - Access in summer: from the junction "Lavanos" (shortly before Wergenstein) with a driving permit (automatic) up to 150m before the Maiensäss possible with normal car - access in winter: only possible as far as Wergenstein. From the village, the Maiensäss can be reached in about 60 minutes on foot (approx. 3km, 350 hm). Snowshoes are required for about half of the route. - Bed linen is available, beds must be made by yourself - Other kitchen equipment: kitchen towels/dishcloths, household paper, washing-up liquid, salt and pepper - There is no refrigerator, a cool cellar and a well with cold water are available for storing food. - Dog: Possible on request. The dog is only allowed to spend the night in the stable next to the mountain pasture.
