Completely new converted apartment with a large terrace and a beautiful mountain view!

The apartment Piz Ajüz is located on the southern outskirts of Sent on a small, quiet square with village wells, in the immediate vicinity of the garden and atelier of the famous artist Not Vital. The apartment is located in a well-kept, old Engadine house with Sgrafittos and was completely rebuilt and renovated in 2018 to a high standard.

From the large south-facing terrace (40m2) you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Engadine Dolomites. The apartment also has an open parking space for two small or one large car in front of the house.

The village center with various shops and the free ski bus to the ski area "Motta Naluns" can be reached in a few minutes.
