Through the Valbella and up to the Piz Terza, immerse yourself in fragrant larch forests and on varied trails to the crystal clear Lai da Rims, in the brisk trot through the wildly romantic Val Mora - on this trail running round trip in the Biosfera Val Müstair Nature Park, every kilometre is a real pleasure! Fit trail running beginners as well as advanced runners will enjoy this tour. The whole circular trail includes 5 stages. The number of stages can be freely chosen and each stage is available in two variants (il dür / il sportiv).
