Through Valbella and up to Piz Terza, immerse yourself in fragrant larch forests and on varied trails to the crystal-clear Lai da Rims, at a brisk trot through the wild and romantic Val Mora - every kilometre on this trail running tour in the Biosfera Val Müstair Nature Park is a real treat! Fit trail running beginners as well as advanced runners will enjoy this tour. The entire circular trail comprises 5 stages. The number of stages can be freely chosen and each stage is available in two versions (il dür / il sportiv).

Sicherheitshinweis

The routes run less on yellow hiking trails and mainly on red/white marked mountain trails. They contain technical terrain and sometimes lead into more alpine areas (especially IL DÜR). Running experience in the terrain, surefootedness and good fitness are required for both variants.

From the south: Via Bolzano and Merano on the SS40 to Mals. From Mals on the SS41 to the Swiss border to Müstair.
