Description

The tour leads us into the Val Plattas, where we soon find ourselves far away from the hustle and bustle. Through a sparse forest and in short hairpin bends we climb up to the picturesque alpine huts of Gliarauns. On the other side of the valley, at the foot of the mighty Piz Muraun, which seems more protective than threatening, lies our destination Bisquolm. But we are not there yet! After the Gliarauns maiden pastures, we follow the path a little downhill and we cross the Rein da Plattas.

After a short climb, we reach an open pasture and Bisquolm with the pretty Sontga Brida chapel. It is a very idyllic place, we sit down on the bench on the sunny side of the chapel. The descent down to the stream is quite steep and can be free of snow. For the second time we cross the stream on a new bridge and return to Curaglia.

Geheimtipp

Even if the sun is not shining, this tour is highly recommended.
