The old Walser trail from Vättis to the Gigerwald dam leads over a small natural bridge in the Gwölb, through mixed forest we reach the Isig Brugg, where we cross the Tamina. On open forest meadows over the Höhi to the Gigerwald dam, game can often be observed. The steep rock faces on both sides with waterfalls along the reservoir are spectacular.
