Description
Today we will have to deal with witches twice. At the Hexensee and at the Hexenplatte
The Val Milar is still in the shade in the morning. The way to the Hexensee is now problem-free, because the top section of the path is now also white / red signposted. But we leave him on the right for now - we want to go to the Krüzlistock! From the Lai Selvadi begins the scramble on block stone and scree to the small gap, where the Oberalpstock greets us from the opposite side. The ridge to the summit cross is partially exposed and only recommended for people with a head for heights. At the top, the space to sit is limited, but the 360-degree panorama far into Central Switzerland is unlimited. As a dark spot, the Hexensee lures in the depths.
Once there, we take our time to inquire about the extraordinary surroundings. On windless days, the mountain scenery is reflected in the deep blue lake, the bright round rocks invite you to take a nap, the water perhaps to a refreshing swim.
Our further way now leads over a white/blue route, which is so new that no traces have formed yet. We therefore remain attentive.
On the side of the Val Strem an exciting terrain opens up to us, between rocks and over pastures, in which so far only the spotlights were on the way. In an arc we meet the white/red hiking trail again on the Alp Caschlé. We hike through heather, alpine rose and blueberry perennials and past small wetlands. At the Hexenplatte we dare to dance on the flat stone - hopefully nobody sees us!
On the descent through the Uaul corridor, a needle carpet dampens our steps and the shadow of the mighty fir trees is very convenient for us.
